But first, three things:
1. I'm looking forward to getting my new camera, especially because of its stellar video capabilities. No more grainy, dark point-and-shoot videos! Until then, just bear with me, please.
2. Apparently I talk with my hands a lot. Who knew? And no. My skin isn't really like that. Cameras just enjoy making me look like a pink alien.
3. Enjoy! And please don't hate me for my fast-talking, run on sentences, and general awkwardness.

ReplyDeleteyour room is insanely, unfairly gorgeous. seriously. my room still has carpet [a super ugly color, hah], and it's much smaller [and not as clean...], and it hardly gets any sun, and...and....basically I'm jealous. ;) I absolutely love all the little touches you've done to really make the room yours. I think I could totally walk in there and tell "hey, this is carlotta's room!" loverly.

I used to be scared that my ceiling fan would fly off and you know, kill me in the middle of the night. Yeah, most of my phobias have to deal with night.

DeleteYour room is very nice. My dad has a stool he bought that is cow hide and the horns are the legs. I travel full time so I really do not have a room but I love yours!

I think part of what makes it so pretty is the fact that everything (from what I saw) is very organized and you are good at colors schemes yet being creative with the decor and such. And wowie - your room is huge! Mine is teeny tiny but the theme of it is birds (which makes up for it being so small. Ha!).
ReplyDeleteI also saw that you are going to purchase the D90. Great choice! I have actually been contemplating purchasing the D90 or the D300S sometime next year. Don't get me wrong, I adore my D3000 (haven't even had it quite a year yet!) and it takes wonderful photos. However, I think that is more a camera made for getting people started on photography and has the basic tools and features you need. The D90 is perfect once you get your feet a bit more wet into photography + has a whole buncha' nice features and is apparently very easy to use.

P.S. Are you purchasing just the camera body or the camera + the lens that comes with it? Just curious. :)
