seeing

A burst of color wherever I go--such a welcome change from the drab tones of winter! I can't get enough.

tasting

Homemade granola with bananas and milk, and fresh, juicy oranges (not together, of course).

hearing

Lots of Bon Iver and The xx; I've put together a little spring playlist here for you as well. (if you're viewing this in a reader, you'll have to click through to see the music)

smelling

Sweet breezes from my open window. I even slept with it open a few days ago...it was glorious.

touching

Tender new plants in the garden--it's such a rewarding feeling.

Has spring sprung where you live yet?

  21. oh my word! goodess, carlotta, I wanted to do a giddy dance after reading this. come spring, come! hahah. ahem. it's actually been colder here than it had been earlier, but today the sun came out and it decided to be completely gorgeous for us. I was so happy. figures that it was the one day I decided to wear a sweater, expecting more coldness.
also, flower photos have a special place in my heart. I'm rather fond of them. send some tulips my way, maybe?
