June has almost slipped through my fingers and all I have motivation to do is read (and read and read) and go to the pool. These next few weeks will be madness and I'm not ready to let go of these lazy summer days quite yet.
At the end of every month, I always have a small collection of leftover photographs. They're hidden deep in the depths of a folder, never having seen the light of day. Usually I leave them be and look at them from time to time, but these images wiggled their way into my heart and I couldn't ignore their silent plea to be heard before the month is out. So here are the forgotten frames, the misfits that never quite fit into earlier blog posts. They're happy now, and so am I. (and yes, I make a bond with each of my photos. just call me crazy)

How is summer faring for you?

    CRAZY.

okay, just kidding. seriously though - I understand. I'm not a photographer, but I am a writer, and I do the same thing with every sentence I piece together. I have a hard time purging my papers and documents and various journals. for my own sake, I cannot.

anyways, these photos are, as always, lovely and beautiful and inspiring and such. :]

  29. I love your sunglasses where did you get them?!?!
These pictures are great. I can always come away from a post inspired in the beauty of everyday life. You make me so glad that its summer!
I do the same thing...I have forgotten pictures that just sit there, but I go back every once and a while and play around with them, editing and stuff. They take up way too much space on my computer and its getting near time for me to pay attention to them again. Of course your forgotten photos are so much cooler than mine, but hey you've gotta start somewhere right? ;)
    Thanks for posting!

  32. ohmyword. photos that are forgotten are indeed some of the best ever taken. the random moments captured that are just on your memory card, not part of any event or photoshoot are the best.

  33. Oh wow! I love all your pictures. You are so talented with your way with words and your photography. Totally jealous.

I dont know if you do this but maybe you could make a tutorial or tell me of a good tutorial on how to upload your favicon to work.. I've had no luck.. I'm not a complete beginner at HTMLs but i cant get it to work..

    Much love. Natalia.
