What a brilliant idea! I'm mostly happy about the closeness of my family. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to maintain it after my grandma passed. But it's been a year and we're still as close as ever.

this is beautiful, Carlotta! i'm in love with the way you write. i give myself time limits all the time when i write, or else i'll ramble or take forever. sometimes i even close all the other windows just to avoid getting distracted.

i do a project every monday on my blog where i list my blessings into a list. you're more than welcome to check it out sometime, if you wish, but i think you've got a pretty good handle on the concept yourself.

Definitely something we take for granted. Staring at the sky really does make us feel insignificant, doesn't it? The idea that the world keeps moving, keeps turning no matter what struggles we're facing, or no matter what unmet joy we feel. Life keeps moving. So perfect. :)

Your sky photos are pure magic. Seriously. I think Oklahoma and Manitoba skies are quite similar. So open with breathtaking hues.
